Congratulations to varsity players Tyler Egawa, Colt Flippo, Jacob Crume and John Messick who were named to the 8 AA All-District Team for 2012.
Congratulations to middle school Tigers Hunter Jones and Dylan Jenkins. Jones was named to the Rutherford County all-conference team and Jenkins was selected for the 2012 all-tournament team.
Congratulations to Head Coach Buddy Powers for receiving the Distinguished Service Award presented by the Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association. The award is presented to a person who has served in many capacities to enhance the growth of baseball in Tennessee. Coach Powers is a past president and vice president of TBCA, showcase director, and currently serves on the association's executive board of directors.
